Our key activities are managed by three distinct business units:

General Operations – management of all sourcing-related operations between China and Europe is overseen by this team present in both Europe and China/Hong Kong.  The main purpose is to drive process effectiveness & efficiency but also to ensure we do not ignore the ‘big picture’.

China & Hong Kong Country Operations - a team with more than 7 years of experience sourcing for the Chinese domestic market – is targeted with researching, developing & growing our supplier and manufacturer value network in China.  Our knowledge of local stakeholders – including the Chinese government - & trade regulations and other issues helps to reduce the risk ‘of the unknown’ when doing business in China.

Business Development Operations – covering Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) & Latin America - this is the principal contact team for all customer firms wishing to explore & pursue a strategy of sourcing from China.  This team also manages: sales & marketing activities including partnerships with independent professional services organisations & Government bodies through partner programmes.
