Quality-Driven from the Beginning
From the outset, we understood that Quality, along with competitive cost levels and sound ethics, must be at the heart of our business operations.
We know that, although China presents substantial opportunities for sourcing products, it also presents many firms with real challenges in the area of quality management. This is clearly evident with regular media reports of even well-known firms suffering from quality failures.
As a result we have a (healthy!) obsession with all matters Quality.
Together with our clients - we first & foremost identify the quality standards applicable to a clients' specific material, component or product requirement (including British Standards, European CE markings, International Standards Organisation ISO & industry standards).
Once identified - we approach the management of quality in 2 ways: the first is Quality Assurance - the "prevention of defects", by ensuring manufacturing is carried out within the auspices of a ISO 9001 Quality Management System and, secondly, through Quality Control which is the "detection of defects", most commonly associated with testing.
Our Quality Assurance & Quality Control processes are managed in tandem with our clients, our manufacturing partners, our in-house controls and 3rd party organisations such as SGS.
The result? We supply products independently certified & issued with a Certificate of Conformity.
Our commitment to clients is to never take quality for granted.
